Resource Program (Since 1977) Created for parolees who are in need of a residence and/or more intensive supervision. Generally they are received from a state correctional facility but on occasion, referrals are given by the local parole office. The average length of stay is four months.
Transitional Facility Program (Since 1983) Provides a structured program for parolees who have violated their parole generally because of a lack of resources or coping skills. Participants are maintained on a strict accountability program because of a violater status and/or the need for substance abuse treatment.The average length of stay is five months.
